Order Processing

Studio419DC offers a mix of handmade, made-to-order, and professionally produced products. Because fulfillment varies by product, processing times may differ from one item to another.

Estimated processing or production times are provided in individual product descriptions when applicable.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information as each shipment becomes available.

Shipping

Studio419DC currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying online orders of $45 or more.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, service selected, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Studio419DC's control.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If you have concerns about your shipment or your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, contact hello@studio419dc.com with your name and order number.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Studio419DC is not responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Studio419DC because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact hello@studio419dc.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package and item.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building's mail area, and the shipping carrier first.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next steps.
