HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
We process orders in-house and outsource others. Please see the product description for details.
We make every effort and work with our vendors to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship domestically.
Shipping times will depend on your location. This includes items shipped from our vendors.
The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee 2-8 days for delivery.
Personalized (custom) orders take up to 4 weeks to create and deliver because they are made to order.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@studio419dc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
